Be CoachFit! is a Coachingdipity program
It is a short program of 14 hours: two days of coaching training, followed by three hours of individual coaching.
The program provides any manager with the tools to learn to observe, listen, and thus train a thinking pattern centered on possibilities and action.
The program introduces useful tools for managers to increase people’s energy and support the autonomy of subordinate team members. They are tools for effective approach in both one-to-one interactions and team interventions.
