Information made available through e-mail messages (newsletter)

Coachingdipity offers you the opportunity to subscribe as a member to the news and updates service via email. Your use of content received by email will be in accordance with these Terms (for purely personal purposes only).

By following the procedure for subscribing to the www.coachingdipity.ro newsletter, you agree that the data provided by you will be kept, processed and used by Coachingdipity under the terms of Law 677/2001. Information about you can only be used for purposes associated with the marketing and promotion of www.coachingdipity.ro services and/or products, such as: processing requests, offering products and/or services to you, invoicing, resolving requests made by you, contacting you by e-mail or phone in connection with offers of products and services of www.coachingdipity.ro, recording information about you in order to allocate or of rewards, discounts and/or other benefits.

The information provided by you by completing the form for signing up for the newsletter is securely stored and automatically shared with third parties such as: online invoicing software and secure online payment processor (if you purchase services presented on the website), data processor for sending newsletter type messages. When choosing the mentioned third parties, we considered the seriousness and safety offered by them in relation to the storage of personal data.

Communication and storage of information outside of newsletter messages

If you provide information about yourself by filling in other forms on the website apart from the one related to signing up for the newsletter, you will receive reply messages from me that refer only to the subject in question (examples: additional information requested by you, information with regarding the events you signed up for). Your data will not be stored in this case and you will not receive any other promotional or other messages.
